Coffee breaks & meals

As conference guests at the City Museum, you can order breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just have a coffee break.

All food is prepared in the museum’s own kitchen, where our chefs create climate-friendly meals from scratch.

All prices are listed excluding 25 per cent VAT.

Breakfast

Start your morning with a freshly prepared breakfast at the museum:

Breakfast Package 1

  • Coffee, tea, and a sandwich. SEK 65 per participant.

Breakfast Package 2

  • Coffee, tea, a sandwich, juice, and yogurt with granola. SEK 110 per participant.

Lunch

Conference participants can enjoy lunch up in our auditorium, where we serve dishes from our homemade à la carte menu:

  • Fish stew with aioli and croutons. SEK 195 per person
  • Homemade meatballs in cream sauce with mashed potatoes, sweetened lingonberries, and pickled cucumbers. SEK 195 per person
  • Root vegetable patty with Prästost (aged Swedish cheese) cream, bell pepper sauce, and basil oil. Served with a wheat berry salad. SEK 195 per person.

Salad, bread, spreads, as well as coffee/tea after the meal are included.

Light lunch

If you prefer a lighter lunch, we offer:

  • Salad, choose your topping: chicken, feta cheese, or falafel. SEK 155 per person
  • Västerbotten cheese pie with basil oil and prosciutto. SEK 155 per person
  • Museum sandwiches. Selection varies, but options often include Skagenröra (prawn salad), salmon, roast beef, meatballs, chèvre cream, and falafel. SEK 45 each or 3 for SEK 120.

Please note: If your group consists of 15 guests or fewer, your lunch will be served down in our café at a table reserved exclusively for you.

Mingle/Finger food

  • Canapés with toppings such as Skagenröra, salmon, roast beef, meatballs, chèvre cream, and falafel. SEK 25 each
  • Cheese and charcuterie platters. SEK 130 per person.

Snacks and drinks

  • Fruit basket with mixed fruit. For up to 20 participants. SEK 400
  • Candy bowl with wrapped sweets. For up to 20 participants. SEK 350
  • Non-alcoholic sparkling wine, large bottle. SEK 250
  • Non-alcoholic cider, large bottle. SEK 100
  • Mineral water, large bottle. SEK 100
  • Non-alcoholic beer, bottle. SEK 30.

Coffee Break

For your coffee break, we offer a selection of traditional pastries and a bowl of mixed fruit, along with coffee and tea:

Coffee break package 1

  • Coffee, tea, and a soft cake. SEK 70 per participant.

Coffee break ackage 2

  • Coffee, tea, and small cookies. SEK 65 per participant.
