Chamber Music: Dahlkvist Quartet plays images of Stockholm

Date: April 2026

Time:

Location: City Museum, Auditorium floor 2

Price: 150–300 SEK

A concert inspired by Stockholm — musical images of the city and works by composers who lived and worked here.

Sweden’s leading string quartet, acclaimed both nationally and internationally, visits the City Museum with a program that captures the spirit of the capital through classical music.

The repertoire includes works by Martin Kraus and Jacob Bernhard Struve — composers with strong ties to Stockholm — as well as music by international composers such as Ludwig van Beethoven, honorary member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Music. As an extra bonus, we also include works by a contemporary Stockholmer, composer Anders Nilsson!

  • Kersti Gräntz, violin
  • Jon Dahlkvist, viola
