Join burlesque icon and artist Fräulein Frauke on a glamorous, hedonistic, informative, and shocking journey through our city’s past.
Frauke shares stories of Stockholm’s forgotten showgirls, and courtesans and prostitutes both famous and obscure. You’ll hear the local history of burlesque, learn about secret brothels and legal scandals, and explore the “Porn Revolution” and the concept of “The Swedish Sin”.
Our tour takes us from Slussen through Old Town to Malmskillnadsgatan — retracing the steps of pleasure, shame, and the history that time tried to erase. The tour concludes with a Q&A session.
