How to download ordered images
When you have ordered images from the City Museum, you need to log in with BankID to be able to download your images. You will receive two notifications by email.
Email with password
In the second message with the subject “Notification about login details” you will receive your password.
Go to the link and log in
- Go to the link in the first mail.
- Select “Citizen” and “Log in” with BankID.
- Confirm that you want to log in to the City of Stockholm in your BankID app.
Enter the password
- Enter the password in the second mail.
- Click Sign On.
Download your photos

Click Download.
Now you’re done!
