Cloakroom
There is a cloakroom with lockers to the left of the main entrance on the ground floor.
Toilets
Toilets, including accessible toilets, are available on the ground, first and second floors. Baby changing stations are available on the ground and first floors.
Picnic room
You can bring your own food to Mellanrummet on floor 0 and heat it in the microwaves. You can also eat your packed meal in the City Museum’s courtyard.
Prams and pushchairs
Prams and pushchairs are welcome in the museum. There is parking for prams and pushchairs in the courtyard and you can secure your pushchair to a cable. There are also parking spaces indoors next to the lift lobby.
Groups with their own guides
Groups booked with one of the museum’s guides have priority. This includes school classes.
Photography
You may take photographs, but please do not use flash or tripods.
Free Wi-Fi
The museum is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Network: StockholmPublic.
Smoking
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed in the museum, courtyard or on the entrance stairs.
Dogs
Dogs are not allowed in the museum, on our city walks or in our historical apartments (does not apply to guide and assistance dogs).
